Once Fiesta Properties has been instructed to sell a property, these rules apply. The seller consents to Fiesta Properties marketing the property as it sees fit. If the seller decides not to sell the property, an administrative charge of €1,000 applies.

If Fiesta Properties receives a deposit from a buyer and the seller decides to withdraw, the seller is liable to pay the agreed commission plus IVA to the company.

If the buyer decides to withdraw from the sale, they are also liable for the commission in full plus IVA, payable to the company.
