Privacy

How we handle the personal details you share with us, in plain terms. This is a summary of our practice under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Who we are

Fiesta Properties is the data controller for the information you give us. You can reach us at Rambla Juan Mateo Garcia 42, local 28L, Torrevieja 03181, Alicante, Spain, or by email at info@fiestaproperties.com.

    What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, contact details, and the details of your enquiry — for example the area, budget or property you are interested in, or the address you would like valued. We do not buy in or scrape personal data from anywhere else.

    Analytics

Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record how you use the site — pages visited, device and approximate location — so we can improve it and measure our adverts. Our lawful basis for this is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the cookie policy page.

    Why we hold it

We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and to help you buy, sell or value a property. Where you have asked to be kept informed, we may send you matching listings until you tell us to stop.

Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying to a genuine enquiry. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

    Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do what you have asked — for example passing your details to a lawyer, mortgage broker or energy assessor when you have requested that introduction. Enquiries sent through this website are stored by our hosting provider and passed to our property management system, AlphaShare, so our team can respond.

    How long we keep it

For as long as we are helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

    Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

    Cookies

With your consent, our website uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which tell us how the site is used and how our adverts perform. Google and Meta process that data as described in our cookie policy, where you can also withdraw your consent.
